Our Story

Prevu emerged from a common challenge that plagues B2B commercial organizations worldwide: the quest for precise and reliable sales forecasts. Our founder Warwick Kirby,  a seasoned CEO, experienced firsthand the frustration of grappling with inaccurate forecasts.  The stakes were high: unreliable forecasts compromised revenue confidence and cash flow management, leading to difficult discussions with boards and investors. At the heart of the problem were the limited forecasting methods offered by CRM tools. Traditional approaches using simplistic, linear sales stages were often wildly inaccurate in B2B deals.

Today, having been rigorously tested across numerous companies, Milestone Forecasting has proven its ability to transform forecasting reliability.  The next step was to automate. While CRM platforms enable recording a forecast number, they fall short in managing the forecasting process, tracking performance and driving accountability. Spreadsheets, email, and reporting tools typically bridge the gap. Warwick founded Prevu to automate and streamline the sales forecasting process, and bring unprecedented precision to revenue predictions. Through tight integration with CRM platforms and using multiple forecast methods in parallel — including our pioneering Milestone Forecast method — Prevu offers our customers a previously unattainable level of forecast precision.
